All Day Breakfast Cult

Eggslut is an American fast-casual restaurant chain founded in Los Angeles in 2011, originally operating as a food truck before opening its first permanent location inside Grand Central Market in 2013.

Centered around eggs as an all-day ingredient, the menu combines breakfast sandwiches, burgers, specialty dishes and sides with a polished comfort-food approach. Signature items include the Fairfax sandwich and The Slut, a coddled egg served over potato purée.

Eggslut Takes Breakfast Abroad

Eggslut currently operates 19 locations across five countries, with nine in the United States and ten internationally. Its largest overseas presence is in the United Kingdom, where the brand has expanded across London and into Manchester. Canada, Japan and Australia each currently have one location.

In the U.S., Eggslut has grown beyond its Los Angeles base into Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland and Atlanta.

The company continues to describe itself as a growing brand, although it has not publicly outlined a detailed multi-year expansion target. Its recent footprint shows a selective approach, mixing standalone restaurants with high-traffic destinations such as markets, hotels, casinos and shopping centers.
