In 2022, a private equity affiliate of KSL Capital Partners acquired the parent company in partnership with Hutson, supporting the brand’s growth while retaining its distinct identity. The hotels are positioned as boutique country escapes that blend heritage charm with contemporary comfort. Founder Robin Hutson handed leadership to CEO Tom Ross in 2024 as part of the brand’s next chapter.
